Order Guidelines 

To ensure your custom portrait turns out exactly as you envision, here are a few guidelines:

• Photo Requirements: Please send a detailed, high-quality photo for reference, preferably focusing on the subject's upper body (shoulders and above).

• Combining Photos: If you'd like me to combine elements from multiple photos into one portrait, kindly mention this in your email and provide all the photos you'd like to include.

• Size Preferences: Let me know your preferred portrait size when placing your order. I offer various sizes to suit your needs.

• Creation Timeline: Let me know when you would like to have it ready. Normal creation time is 1-2 weeks depending on volume of orders. Express or Priority orders also available at a little extra charge.

• Free Delivery: Available for all orders within Calgary, Alberta.

• Shipping Across Canada: I offer shipping to all Canadian locations for an additional cost. Shipping fees will vary based on the location and size of the artwork.

• Pricing:

  • Prices are determined after reviewing the reference photo and the requested size. Factors such as the level of detail and complexity will be considered.

  • Once your request is reviewed, I’ll provide you with a quote before starting the artwork.
